One Shalt Not, is a solo documentary project by Tricia Henry. This film explores the stigma of mental illness in the black community.  The documentary takes you through the stories of 5 women and 2 men who live in Montreal, Canada, yet speak and share candidly their daily struggles.  2 members of the film are children with parents who have suffer on a regular basis and speak about their experiences growing up. The caribbean culture and mental illness is also explored along with the common trends and responses from black individuals in the community. The hour long documentary will bring you through a range of emotions, but at the end of it all, you'll understand and know that the conversation is one we need to talk about.
